You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. Orders will take 1-2 days to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
S h i p p i n g C o s t s
Standard shipping cost on all orders less than $50 before taxes is $5.95 and free for all orders of $50 or more before taxes and shipping. Second day shipping is $15 for all orders.
Standard Shipping to the Philippines for all orders is $5 each order.
Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed.
R e t u r n & E x c h a n g e P o l i c y
Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 14 days of order date. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order #, and the items you wish to return. We will email you back within 24 hours and process the request. We are not liable for items damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
R e f u n d
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.
